All our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver . They are made up of 92.5% silver, and the remaining 7.5% copper. 100% pure silver is relatively soft and malleable, as well as easy to damage, making it not very suitable for jewelry. To prevent it from being deformed or destroyed, we combine silver with other metals in order to make it more durable and to be able to work it into the creation of our jewelry. In this way, all our jewels are engraved with the 925 stamp that refers to this sterling silver guarantee.

Sterling silver jewelry is perfect for everyday use because it does not deteriorate . They may darken over time but can be easily cleaned to restore their shine.

Gold-plated jewels are made with three layers of 18-carat gold applied to the base metal (925 sterling silver) through an electrolytic coating process.

All Clum jewels have a 1-year guarantee from delivery.

If your jewel during this period suffers any damage or breakage, contact our customer service. We will ask you to send us graphic documents (images or videos) of the jewel in question, where the state of breakage or damage is clearly and specifically shown. Once the status of the product has been checked and assessed, depending on the situation, we will offer you an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

*This warranty does not cover:

-Possible breakage caused by misuse.

-Scuffs and scratches caused by normal daily use.

-In the case of gold-plated jewels, we will not be responsible for the wear of the gold plating. The care method for this type of jewelery is clearly specified on the Jewelery Care page.

-Dirt on jewelry. Silver is a precious material that can become tarnished over time and can be easily and effectively cleaned to restore its original shine.
